Printed on high quality white paper, they are sent in envelopes marked North Pole Mail,  and are guaranteed to put a smile on the faces of your Christmas Angels!

Our letters are made especially for you and not only include the recipients name, names of friends, family or pets and the town, village or area they live in, but can also include any special achievements made in the year or mention a specific request your child may have made. Simply provide the information in the comments section of the request form and we will do our best to include it.

If more than one letter is being sent to the same family or group of people, we will ensure that each letter has a different story from Santa along with personalised information provided.

Santa makes just one request - that you please try and place your letter requests as early as possible so that he doesn't overwhelm the postal services with his North Pole mail! He simply can't spare any of his Elves or Reindeer for postal duties this year, they are simply much too busy!
